This is a good example of why the second hand shops are so great in Tokyo.
The first photo is from a quite pricey shoe store in Shinjuku. As you can probably see, the price of these shoes is over ¥13 000 (+130€ / +160$ / +100£). That’s written in the price tag of the grey shoe.
The second photo is from Jumble Store, a second hand store in Harajuku. I actually bought these shoes. The condition was super good and the price was only ¥850 (+8€ /+10$ /~7£ ).
There are not much differences between these shoes, the first one’s are maybe made of a bit better material, i don’t know. They look the same though, mine second hand shoes are a bit brighter that’s all. Works for me!
So before you’re going to buy something neat, visit the local second hand stores. You may get positively surprised!
